We charge a single service fee per sale. It covers payment processing, fiscalization, ticket delivery and support, with no add-ons.

Pricing questions
Who pays the fee?
The service fee is paid by the buyer at checkout, added on top of the ticket price. As the organizer you receive the full price you set.
When do I get my money?
Eventwave securely collects payments, processes card transactions and fiscalizes receipts. We settle your revenue to you under the terms agreed with our team. Contact us for details.
What about VAT?
If you're VAT-registered, the ticket price includes VAT that you remit to the tax authority, and that isn't our fee. If you're not in the VAT system, no VAT is charged.
How much do free events cost?
The cost of a free event depends on the fee model. With a percentage fee there's nothing to charge. Either way, get in touch about free events and we'll find the best solution.
Which payment methods do you support?
Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay, PayPal, KeksPay and Aircash, all through a secure payment gateway with 3-D Secure verification.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. There's no subscription, no setup cost and no listing fee. You only pay the service fee per ticket sold.
